Holiday Closures
The Community Center will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th, in observance of Christmas, and Wednesday, January 1st, in observance of New Year’s Day. Additionally, the Community Center will close early at Noon on Tuesday, December 31st.
Gym Use During School Vacation
With schools on vacation, we’d like to remind everyone about the opportunity to use the gym. If you’d like to reserve time for activities like pickleball or basketball, please contact my office. To check gym availability, you can visit the calendar on our website: Gymnasium Calendar.
Special Meeting Announcement
On Monday, December 30th, at 6:00 PM, the Town of Jay will hold a special meeting at the Community Center. The agenda will include discussions about ARPA funds and allocating the remaining funds to other projects and contracts. Any additional business brought before the board will also be addressed.
Holiday Wishes
As the holiday season continues, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope you have the chance to spend quality time with friends and family. I’d like to extend my gratitude to the Town of Jay employees, Town Board, and elected officials for their hard work and dedication that have made this a year of progress for our community.
