NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Undersigned, on behalf of the Town of Jay, will accept sealed bids
until March 12, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. for the following:
ONE (1) NEW & UNUSED ONE TON CREW CAB and CHASSIS 4X4 TRUCK
The bids shall be opened publicly and read aloud on March 12, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 1 1 School
Lane, AuSab1e Forks, NY 12912.

Bids may be mailed or delivered to:

All bids submitted in response to this notice shall be marked “SEALED BID —ONE TON CREW CAB
TRUCK- HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT”; clearly on the outside of the envelope with the name and address
of the bidder.

bidding. Specifications and standard proposals for the proposed work may be obtained at the above address.
Essex County affirmatively states that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to these instructions,
