AN UPDATE FROM SUPERVISOR DEPO

I reach out to you as we begin Phase 2 of the re-opening of the North Country. I’d like to wish the businesses of our town that have qualified for re-opening great success as you navigate through the new “normal” of conducting business. The Town of Jay Regular Board Meeting for June 2020 is scheduled for Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 7:00 pm. Due to New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Executive Order banning any gathering of more than 10 people, we will therefore be prohibiting the public from attending this meeting. Once again, we will be making every attempt to make this meeting accessible for viewing by all. Details upcoming.
As always, I thank those whose kindness and generosity have kept our pantry stocked and ready for anyone who needs it. I also stand in great respect of our frontline workers who daily serve the residents of our community without thought for their own safety. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to all of you.
Stay well,
Archie
