Please be advised that due to the rapid rising of the Au Sable River, the Town of Jay along with state, county and local emergency services has decided to issue a recommended evacuation notice for the Jersey and Intervale Sections of Au Sable Forks. At this time, this is highly recommended but not mandatory.
The Red Cross has been activated and is in the process of setting up a shelter at the Town of Jay Community Center located at 11 School Lane in Au Sable Forks. Please call the Town of Jay at 518-647-2204 with any questions.
